MENUS Deluxe for MAGGEY

Here's what MENUS Deluxe will do for you:

Assist you with menu and meal planning so you know you are planning for the correct amount of food for the children in your center. Provide you with an inventory list of the most common ingredients used, set up to USDA standards. An easy to use meal planner so you can enter the inventory number for each component, that also includes a place to set the % of the component to be used, if there is more than one component, and a place to write a decriptive name for the meal. Schedule up to 6 rotating cycle menus, print the menu for each week, plan and print production worksheets, print meal reports such as weekly meal counts, monthly attendance reports, Free, Reduced, and Paid reports and much more.

The MENUS Deluxe Production Worksheets are accepted by many CACFP sponsors nationwide because they are clear and concise reports that are easy to read.

Our "SMART" counter will only allow the number of meals authorized by CACFP. Meaning, if you serve 2 meals and 2 snacks MENUS Deluxe will drop one snack from your meal count and "Tag" that meal as disallowed. For centers that serve 3 meals and 2 snacks, 1 meal and 1 snack would be eliminated from the count. You set up your contracted meal times and let MENUS Deluxe and MAGGEY Deluxe do the rest. Current CACFP rules allow 2 meals and 1 snack or 2 snacks and 1 meal. What you claim depends on the contracted meals you have agreed upon.
